The service is usually carried out in several stages:

Thorough cleaning The cleaner arrives at the property strictly at the appointed time with all the necessary equipment and professional eco-chemicals. Cleaning is performed: from disinfection of bathrooms to cleaning of household appliances.

Linen change and audit We change bed linen and towels according to hotel standards. In parallel, we check the safety of the property, the functionality of light bulbs and sockets, and immediately notify you if the guests have damaged anything.

4.

Property is ready for check-in We set out welcome kits (coffee, hygiene products), lock the doors, and send you a notification. The apartment is ready to welcome new guests at the highest level.

For urgent situations there is Last-Minute Cleaning: on-site within two hours of a call. Rate is €30/hr. If a guest checks out unexpectedly early or new guests arrive ahead of schedule – we will get there in time.

Questions about Airbnb cleaning in Vienna

How long does an Airbnb clean take?

A studio or one-bedroom apartment takes between one and a half and three hours. A two-bedroom takes longer. It depends on the condition after the guests. The manager will give you a time estimate after confirming the details of the property.

Can you come on the same day as guest check-out?

Yes, that is our standard format for Airbnb. We arrive after check-out and finish before check-in. If the window between guests is very tight – let the manager know in advance and we will plan accordingly.

What if a guest checks out and we need a clean urgently?

Call or message the manager. Last-Minute Cleaning gets someone on-site within two hours. Rate is €30/hr. For Airbnb hosts this is a very practical option.

Do you change the bed linen?

Yes. Changing bed linen is part of the standard turnover clean. If you have your own linen, we change yours. If you need linen supplied, we discuss that separately.

What is the rate for multiple Airbnb properties?

The standard rate is €25/hr. For hosts with multiple properties or ongoing arrangements we put together a dedicated commercial proposal. First clean is free.

Can we give you a key to the apartment?

Yes. Most of our Airbnb clients give us a key or set up smart lock access. We take full responsibility for the property and maintain confidentiality. This is standard practice for hosts who cannot be present for every clean.
