How deep cleaning differs from full-scale – and when you need which
We get this question a lot, so here is the simple version. Full-Scale Cleaning is a deeper version of regular maintenance. We disinfect the bathroom, wash windows from the inside, iron clothes, clean the hood and tidy the balcony. Works well as a monthly service.
Deep Cleaning goes further. On top of that we wash windows from the outside, clean all appliances from the inside, scrub out every cabinet and remove stains from furniture and carpets. This is not maintenance – it is a reset.
If you have not had a full clean in a long time, you are moving into a new apartment, preparing to sell, or simply want to do it properly once – this is the right format. Most clients move to a regular schedule after this to maintain the result.
When deep cleaning an apartment makes sense
Moving into a new apartment
Even if the apartment looks clean after the previous tenants, it is not clean in the way you want. Someone else's grease in the oven, someone else's limescale on the fixtures, someone else's dust behind the furniture. We remove all of it so you can start fresh.

Questions about deep cleaning an apartment
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the apartment. A one-bedroom in reasonable condition takes four to six hours. If the apartment has not been cleaned in a long time or there are difficult areas, it takes longer. The manager will give a more accurate estimate after confirming the details.
How much does a deep clean cost?
The price depends on the size, number of rooms and condition of the apartment. We do not publish a single rate because every apartment is different. As a rough guide – a few hours of work at our hourly rate. The exact figure is agreed with the manager before work starts and does not change afterwards.
Does someone need to be home during the clean?
No. You can leave a key or provide access through a smart lock. We take full responsibility for the property.
What products do you use for deep cleaning?
Our own. We match products to specific surfaces. If you have allergies or preferences, let the manager know in advance.
What if the result does not meet expectations?
Call the manager. We will find out what the issue is and resolve it at no extra charge.
Can we switch to regular cleaning after a deep clean?
Yes, and it is the most common arrangement among our clients. We bring the apartment up to the right level first, then maintain it weekly or every two weeks. People who do this say they have no desire to go back to cleaning the apartment themselves.
